Hello there Beauty Bodies! So I know people say that getting a flatter and sexier tummy is mainly 80% of what you eat, and only 20% of what you do in the gym, but I find these ab workouts that I have been using to be very satisfying when it comes to getting that tummy burning. So lets all pledge to some clean eating (you know I can never resist Chipotle sometimes, though) and add in some of these Beauty Body Ab workouts and get that sexy flat tummy you all want to have!
These are all body weight routines, so you can do them in your home, dorm room, at the gym, or where ever you chose!
